This is a really important video on the real uses of twitter and how I use an amazing tool to keep track of everyone. You don't need to follow everyone and I have to take issue with people who say that it's rude, arrogant,or says something about their character (which is negative)

So here's my case - I'm sure that not everyone will agree.
