There is an excellent article about domain name fraud published by Jerry West – well worth reading.
As always the answer to these sorts of problems is extensive due diligence. It’s all there to be done on the web (and costs nothing) – it just takes a little bit of time!

Ok – Continuing the live sale process. I’ve got a letter from the vendor and a spreadsheet showing the month by month breakdowns.
Now – the figures are in a spreadsheet – if you were going to buy the site you would need to verify them!

As much as I like to crow about Alexa Rankings. They are very flawed.
Particularly when it comes to Internet Marketing sites. You see most Internet Marketers use the Alexa Tool bar to see what ratings the site has and other very useful information.
