Checking out screenr - It looks really, really good.
Plenty of options for delivery of the file and it even has youtube and mp4 download options.
Only Problem so far is when I tried to record with my fancy pants mic setup I sounded like I was under the influence of Valium.
Other than that - it's PC/Mac compatible - Has a pause button and seems extremely easy to use.
