I am interested in the same answers as Chris... I have two concerns:

1. Relevance of linked sites ?
2. Will this be seen as link buying by Google and be slapped?

Hi Ed,

I've listened to your audio interview and appreciate all the work you're doing to help us understand the Search Engine Trust, as well as the Stomper opportunity; but I still don't "get" SET. I apologize, in advance, for the embarrasing questions I'm asking; and I can only do it because I know you're a patient man!

Let's assume I'm clueless about search engine optimization, because I am. Would you please give me a more explicit example of how I would use SET and what it could do?

Using the old "sausage making" analogy, if I put up a new website for sausage making and I'm not a member of the Trust, everyone says I could spend a couple of years blogging, pinging, writing articles, making videos, posting on forums, etc before I might organically move up from some obscure page for that topic or keyword.

With the trust, please tell me what I would do differently. It sounds like I would make a post on a site the trust owns, which (unlike other forums) allows me to put my url in my post. Would my post be seen by visitors to the trust's site and they could click on my url and go to my site? Or does my post (because it/I somehow creates a "backlink") automatically connect my site to theirs, giving my page the same high ranking (in the search engine's eyes) of the trust's page--thereby moving my page to a high ranking for sausage making?

I'm confused about whether the trust has to own sites in my chosen topic "sausage making" for it to work, or whether I'm posting to "chrome wheels" and that is somehow elevating my site/page on sausage making--told you I was clueless! Please help by giving me a concrete example of the process. I believe I'm even confused about the difference between posting (do you mean as on a forum or blog?) and creating a "backlink" as well!

I sincerely thank you for indulging my ignorance on this. Chris

If you’ve been online for very long, you’ve probably heard of Ed Dale. He and Frank Kern are well-known for their Underachiever Formula. Well I just got a message from Tommy this morning with a link to a video Ed Dale created earlier ...

300 people a day search for that phrase with quotes on? Where did that figure come from Ed?

Sounds very similar to what Travis Sago has been teaching for the last year at Bum Marketing...for free! He even shows how to get those high PR backlinks for free as well.

Isn't this just going to turn into a one-way link farm? When Google suss out what's going on, anyone linking from those sites will be slapped.

What I thought was interesting was that the first two sites for that phrase on Google were submitted articles at ezinearticles! It doesn't get any free(er) than that!

Bum Marketers have been doing this technique successfully for over a year now without spending a penny.

A friend told me to check this out.
As a "propeller head SEO geek" as Ed kindly
referenced me, all I can say is I am speechless.
I will check this out...hell, if it is what it
seems to be, I finally might have time to take
that vacation my wife as been asking me for...
Thanks Ed
