If I'm an Adwords guy-then maybe my options are limited...
If i´m a Baby Boomer-a 100% (actually more) return on my Investment makes

The thing I genuinely don’t get.
Is that a sale can take a couple of months to happen (if not longer from what I’ve heard)…and they want $36K
Yet also it’s suggested that within two months you could be making $16K a month – so you would have $32K very very soon – maybe in the same amount of time it might end up taking to make the sale.
That then raises ???’s for me – whilst in no way wanting to cast aspersions on individuals.

There are always reasons to sell. In this case the person wants to sell very quickly. They might also not have the time/skills to continue on with it.
But it’s always good to ask
