For me Flock’s “My News” does the trick - I just subscribe to whatever blog I like the look of and then file it under various headings.
I bought NetNewsWire over a year ago and never used it. I consult MyNews consistently throughout the day and it suits me as it’s in my browser of choice - so one less application to move to.
PS: Dan’s blog and Dan are great - it is an absolute MUST IMHO
