Customer Service -Frank & Ed Style

Ok First you call your clients by their wrong name...

I thought I was being really cool dropping in on ichat to talk to Brian about his coolA V attempts after the seminar and for some reason (try abject stupidity) started calling him Gary!!

He was kind enough not to make me look like a complete idiot and we both thought it was very cool that he was in Michigan and I was in Melbourne

Check out the quality of this video (With luck you have subscribed to the site via itunes so that you will be getting all sorts of cool multimedia). You can of course download it by clicking the button below.

Now - just imagine the product creation opportunities...

Ed

P.S. AV Ninjas will notice that Brian's (I like to think of him as Gary...) audio as being "boomy" - that's because I was not using headphones - if your going to be chatting like that and being filmed - best to use thse ipod style in ear headphones and run them behind your back - just like your favourite news presenter does.

P.P.S. Check out Brian's (Maybe his middle name was Gary...) cool site here and check out his happening first ever track!

  1. webuywebsites says:

    Ed,

the “Gary” thing happens all the time because my of my last name “Gray”

    No problem mate!

Thanks for linking to my blog. That track I created in Garage Band on the Mac (I’m not really into Electronica music ). I was experimenting in creating some good lead-ins to podcasts that I might try to do in the future, and I just got carried away.

Once I learn how to play my electric guitar my future sounds will have much more “testosterone”!

    Later,

    Brian

  2. No worries Gary…ooops

    Damn it!

  3. I enjoyed having lunch one day with Gary in SD – though then he was calling himself Brain….and after seeing all this I have to say I believe him!

    :-)
